Duplicating AI Maze » Devlog
Testers said they enjoyed the challenge of navigating a maze while avoiding looking at an enemy too many times or keeping eye contact with said enemy. The controls were easy as it was just basic fps movement. The players quickly found out it was a maze and knew from there that they needed to find there way out.
List of improvements/Changes that I will be implementing:
- Make hallways wider
- Make Maze more complicated
- Add a way to mark if you've been down a path before, possibly multiple colors to indicate whether it is confirmed a dead end or not.
- Add system to make AI aggressive after a certain point.
